Herky canister filters are made from a non-woven, needle-punched, polyester felt that has superior filtering and breathing ability. They are designed to slip right over or wrap around your vacuum's existing oem filter. Our filter material is much stronger and a lot more durable than any pleated paper or foam filter that may have come as a factory original filter on your wet/dry vacuum. It will also turn your vacuum into a high efficiency machine, filtering out fine dust particles to HEPA standards, even when wet. The Herky slip-on canister filter will fit most wet/dry vacs that come with an oem pleated or cartridge-type filter. For other vacuums we suggest using our wrap-around filter for a custom fit. Either filter takes only a few seconds to install and will outperform ANY paper or foam replacement filter, meeting or exceeding oem specifications. These canister filters will save you hundreds of dollars in maintenance costs, and will also prolong the life of your equipment as well. When dirty, just brush off debris or wash if necessary. INSTALLATION: Use the Herky Canister Filter as a "cover" over the OEM filter that came with your vacuum, not in place of it..
